My
Story
Hi, I'm Liz

I am a mother of two children, a bodyworker, a space holder, a doula and a practitioner and teacher of yoga.

A strong interest in Eastern philosophy led me to practice and later teach yoga, as well as study traditional medicine systems such as Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese medicine over the last decade.

I am dedicated to be of service to the women I walk alongside, weaving both modern and traditional care practices to deeply nurture, nourish and restore. My holistic approach to postpartum is guided by a combination Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, plants and food as medicine. I am an eternal student of life, of the healing arts, and continually learning to further deepen and refine my practice.

I feel deeply honoured and grateful to be in service of mothers, of families, of communities.

With love and gratitude,
Liz
