In-home guided yoga practice to support you during pregnancy and beyond birth. Yoga is gentle on the body and soothing for the mind. It may help ease some of the discomforts of pregnancy, while calming a busy mind. Yoga can can help improve focus, concentration and stamina which can help in labour. Beyond birth, yoga can gently support the body during recovery, improve circulation and release tension often associated with breastfeeding. Most importantly, it offers an opportunity to stop, connect with your breath, still the mind and move stagnant energy in the body.
Yoga is not limited to asana (physical practice) but may also include pranayama (breathing practices) and dhyana (meditation). The classes are light hearted, family friendly and tailored to your individual needs.
