About Me
Hi, I'm Liz
I am a mother, yoga instructor & postpartum doula. I am dedicated to be of service to the women I walk alongside, weaving both modern and traditional care practices to deeply nurture, nourish and restore the mother. My holistic approach to postpartum care is deeply influenced by my own life experiences and embodied knowledge of mindfulness, Ayurveda, yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine and food as medicine.
Pre & Postnatal Yoga
In-home guided yoga practice to support you during pregnancy and beyond birth. Yoga may help ease some of the discomforts of pregnancy, while calming a busy mind. Beyond birth, yoga can help gently support the body during recovery, improve circulation and release tension often associated with breastfeeding. Most importantly, it offers an opportunity to stop, connect with your breath, still the mind and move stagnant energy in the body.
